Patterson

Just a quick note. Owners who draft Corey Patterson of the Reds draft him for SPEED. But early in this season he's been putting the ball into play, into play for the relievers in the bullpen. So far, Patterson has collected 4HR's. He's always been touted as a guy who could hit for power and take 25+ bags. Owners should be extremely happy with the power but hopefully his speed will get some attention soon. As an owner myself, I'm not complaining one bit over the HR's.

pena

carlos pena of the Rays is still pounding balls out of the park at a nice pace. He's at 3HR so far and is picking up where he left off last season.
