High School Players

Take note of a few players and keep checking on their progress at the start of each year. I have met a few people who are even allowed to draft high school players and keep them in their "farm system" for a certain amount of years. This was an ultra-competitive league which I think was pretty insane. These guys weren't just looking at college players they included high school players too.
